What the desk will do
Every concierge stone arrives with the same guarantees as our listed inventory: a GIA or IGI report, insured delivery, and a 30-day return verified by our gemologist.

- Yellow, pink and blue diamonds are rarely listed on the open exchanges. We request them directly from the cutters who hold them.
- Matched pairs
- Two stones alike in weight, colour, clarity and proportions, compared side by side before either is offered to you.
- Five carats and above
- Large stones are sold by appointment. We arrange viewings on your behalf and report back with full grading and video.
- Exact proportions
- If you have a crown angle, pavilion angle or length-to-width ratio in mind, we search to the decimal.
